The township consists mainly of residential condominiums and office complexes. It is located in the heart of Klang Valley, roughly halfway between Kepong and downtown Kuala Lumpur and adjacent to Sri Hartamas. The French school of Kuala Lumpur, Lycée Français Kuala Lumpur (LFKL), is within 3 km at the dead end of Jalan Dutamas Raya opposite Anggun Puri.
Bukit Jalil, Sri Petaling, Old Klang Road and Overseas Union Garden are strategically located in the central location between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
It is well connected with networks of roads and highways as well as public transport, thus providing great accessibility for its residents at this area.
It is also surrounded by abundance of amenities such as mega malls, hypermarkets, shopping malls, universities, commercial areas like eateries and offices, and medical centers etc
With Bandar Malaysia as one of the neighborhood, we believe the potential of return on investment will be positive and the rental market will be good as well as its close to commercial hubs which will indirectly attract organic populations.
Bandar Malaysia is located at the site of the former Royal Malaysian Air Force base in Sungai Besi. It will be developed across 194.5ha and will be the single largest city development project in South-East Asia. The developer for Bandar Malaysia will build more than 12 world-class towers with a gross floor area of over 12 million square feet in Phase 1 of South East Asia's largest development project.
